Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, simply email us at hello@ivistore.pt within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return Products
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened hygiene or cosmetic products cannot be returned.
- Any gifts, samples, or free items included in your order must also be returned in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe delivery.
- If an item is returned in a condition beyond what is necessary to inspect its features and functionality, the corresponding amount may be deducted from your refund.
Process and Refund
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will confirm your return.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within up to 30 days of approval.
