Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Opened hygiene or cosmetic items cannot be returned.
Any gifts or samples must also be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.
